Bad move, I was %80 through the second novel before something actually happened, & by this time I had long since commenced my speed reading mode to just get to the end. It was for this reason I changed authors, until these last 2 novels caught my eye & based on the overview, thought I would give Feist another go. Unfortunately somewhere along the line I found I was reading entire books where nothing ever happened. I literally purchased everything that he had written from that moment on. Magician was one of the best trilogies I have ever read, & I became a major fan of Raymond E Fiest. Horrific events are approaching Beran's Hill, bringing death and devastation to the peaceful town as unknown and monstrous forces are unleashed.
